The pack contains:

1. An itemised list for you to complete with your details and then sign the declaration of ownership.
2. A padded bag to protect your jewellery in the post.
3. A Royal Mail pre-paid Special Delivery envelope.

TURNING YOUR GOLD INTO CASH - IS AS EASY AS A-B-C!

• Gather together all the gold, silver, platinum, coins and jewellery you wish to send to us and enter the quantity of each in the boxes on the back of the letter we sent you.
• Fill in your details and sign the declaration on the back of the letter and then place all the items into the clear padded bag provided and seal it.
• Place the clear padded bag and your completed form into the enclosed Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope and take it to your nearest Post Office. It will not cost you anything to send it to us and your package is insured for up to £500.

If you think your items are worth more than £500 please tick the appropriate circle on the Royal Mail envelope to increase the insurance level. Keep your Royal Mail receipt safe. We will refund this cost of extra insurance when we buy your gold.

We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your gold with our best price offer and if you are happy we will arrange payment immediately. We can deposit funds straight into your account, send a cheque or even PAY BY CASH - see the payment section in "Common Questions" for more information.

In the unlikely event you are not delighted with our offer, we will promptly return your gold to you - again at no cost to you. We are happy to make that commitment because we pay great prices and offer a fantastic service - so we know you will be delighted.
