Postgoldforcash.com is a well established jewellery trader based in Bournemouth. Our team have been trading in jewellery for over 20 years and over the years have thousands of happy customers.

Its two Founder Directors are Ashley Faull and Ian Corica and the postgoldforcash business is managed by Ian's son, Michael - making it a friendly, family business to deal with.

Founder Directors

Ashley Faull

In 2000 Ashley Faull co-founded 'sit-up' which created TV auction channels bid tv, price-drop.tv and speed auction.tv. The business won many accolades (including Sunday Times Fast Track features two years running and the Financial Times Creative Review Top 50) and awards for retailing, creativity and customer service. It gained over 3 million customers, had an annual turnover in excess of £200 million and sold over £120 million worth of gold jewellery as well as millions of other products. Most importantly, its customers were so pleased with the customer service and value it provided that on average they each bought 5 different products from the company every year. In independent surveys, over 99% of its customers rated the service as Good or Excellent. The company was sold to Virgin Media.

Ashley is a specialist at launching and running TV channels, having worked on over 14 channel launches during his career which spanned TVS Television (ITV), The Discovery Channel, Flextech, and Telewest. Then, while working for Carlton/Granada, he commissioned programmes as varied as Pavarotti, Emmerdale, Mike Tyson boxing and the UEFA Champions League which won a Royal Television Society Sports Innovation Award. For his innovative work on sit-up's 3 TV channels, Ashley won the Broadcast Magazine inaugural Individual Achievement award in 2006.

He has an MBA and a law degree and advised the Football Association on its ground-breaking £300million+ deal with Sky and the BBC in early 2000. He believes in always putting the customer first. He also rather fancies himself at table football! Ashley and his wife have two sons and the family is based in Dorset from where he has been investing in new business concepts - searching for great new concepts which can become as successful as sit-up which employs over 1,000 staff, and has generated over £150 million in tax for the UK Government. Ian Corica

Ian Corica has over 30 years experience working with the jewellery trade, enjoying aspects of both the retail and wholesale sectors of the industry. Throughout these 30 years he has forged a strong reputation as both an honest buyer and seller of jewellery in what is a very "close-knit" trade community where one's word is one's bond.

He now has two main jewellery business interests. The first is Michael Matthews Jewellery Ltd and the second is, of course, Postgoldforcash.com. Ian is fortunate enough to have two grown up sons, Michael and Matthew, acting in management roles within each of these companies maintaining his trading ethics and standards whilst ensuring the longevity of the companies.

Michael Matthews Jewellery was established 20 years ago as a retail company with shops in Bournemouth and Southampton. His strengths are his knowledge and experience which have enabled these shops to be considered as some of the most well known and reputable jewellers on the South Coast. In fact, his Southampton branch (located in West Quay Shopping Centre) has just won a 'Best Retail Jewellery Shop' award - beating several well known high street stores! This is testament to the efforts of all his dedicated staff - several of whom have been with him for many years.
